Applications for Natural Resources Protection Act and Site Location of Development Act Permits

Western Maine Renewables LLC is proposing 14 turbine, 58.8 MW windpower facility in the Town of Moscow. Maximum height for the proposed turbines is 591 feet. The applicant proposes collector lines, a substation, new roads, road upgrades, and an operations and maintenance building. The applications were accepted for processing on July 14, 2021.
